As a Community Representative, you will use your enthusiasm to recruit, develop, manage and empower volunteers to become involved in special event fundraising, patient programs and advocacy work. This will include coordinating with team members on a regional and statewide basis, while also expanding our presence throughout your assigned community through the development and cultivation of constituent relationships. The hours are long, but the rewards are immeasurable!

Position is based out of the Lakeland office in Polk County, and would help cover territories within Polk County. This labor and time intensive position requires securing corporate sponsorship for assigned development activities and analyzing income development performance to enhance existing income and identify new sources of income. Bachelor's degree required, along with 3+ years of experience in outside sales, fundraising and/or community organization experience. Excellent interpersonal skills a must. Local travel required.
