Asst. Director for Leadership Giving Position Available

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Assistant Director of Annual Funds for Leadership Giving
Florida Southern College

Reports to: Director of Annual Funds
Qualifications: Four-year degree required, preferably in public relations or marketing
1-2 years experience in higher education fundraising or equivalent

Position Description: The assistant director of leadership giving works directly with the director of annual funds to plan and implement the unrestricted annual giving programs of Florida Southern College with the goals of increasing alumni participation and building a greater base of support for the College. The assistant director focuses on stewardship and growth of the Spivey Society, the College’s unrestricted leadership giving program. Additional responsibilities include assisting the director of annual funds in conducting campaigns to solicit alumni, parents, faculty/staff, and friends of the college for annual contributions in support of the operating budget.
