Position: Dynamic "Right Arm"

Lakeland Vision, a nonprofit organization focused on aligning community action with the priorities voiced by the people of Lakeland, is looking for an exceptional part-time staff person. He/she will work closely with the Executive Director to assist in the execution of a community-wide visioning program. Successful candidate will be a dependable, flexible, organized "people person," passionate about Lakeland. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access required. Flexible work hours. Some evenings and weekends required. Florida DL and dependable transportation required. This is a temporary position concluding in March 2009. Non-smoking work environment.

AMI Lakeland is looking for a person that can motivate and hold accountable youth (ages 14-18) in a structured, behavior modification
program. The individual must be able to keep the attention of the youth while at the same time teach specific skill classes. This position will also be responsible for outdoor and adventure based activities. Must be willing to get life guard certification.

The position is for a part time instructor that can work 20-30 per week, Mon -- Fri. The hourly rate is based on experience and education.
