Relay for Life is coming to Lakeland
The Relay for Life is coming to Lakeland very soon! This event will take place on April 9th and 10th at the Lakeland High School. Currently there are over 61 teams (at least 4 are Leadership Lakeland Class Teams), over 300 participants, and they're adding more every day! This will be their best year ever!
They are always looking for volunteers to help. A few activities that have been suggested to us are to purchase or help sell luminary bags for $10, sign up survivors to attend the event, help spread the word, whether through posters, brochures, etc., and they are really going to need some manpower for the event.
So come on all you passionate EMERGE members! Get out there and help make this event even more incredible!
