Workplace Spanish for Customer Service at Polk State College
Intended Audience: This program is designed for different types of employees, such as customer service associates, in a wide variety of businesses.
Course Objectives: After completing this training course, English speakers will be able to communicate with Spanish-speaking employees to improve understanding, teamwork, productivity, and work quality.
