We, the people of Emerge Lakeland, in order to explore our political system, engage our public servants, and become more educated citizens, provide for our membership, a special breakfast at The Terrace Hotel conversing with Congressman Dennis Ross on the atmosphere "inside the campaign." Come find out how a candidate lives during a campaign season, the most stressful moments of a campaign, how to manage hecklers, how camera phones and video records change the game, and anything else you've ever wondered about being on the "inside" of a high profile political campaign. Special recognition will be given to all pregnant chads in attendance (sorry for bad election 2000 joke). Due to limited space this event is capped at 60 attendants.
